My very first graphic novel, published in 2023 by Gnat Press and winner of the 2023 Navon awards for comics.

My book tells the life story of my father, an ex-military man with multiple injuries and a loving family.

In 2012 he suffered a stroke that left him with a sagnificant short-term memory problem as well as other cognitive issues.

It is told in two voices: a clinical point of view, consisting of numbers, charts and cold medical terms, vs. a personal, soft voice,

of myself as his daughter.

The story is told in a non-linear way, where we travel through time and space back and forth in his life, the stories connected by thematic and graphic connections and our anchor being his time in the hospital after his stroke.
